Returns & Exchanges

Product Returns:

Simply Sage will accept returns and exchanges for products that are

  • Unopened
  • Purchased in the last 30 days

We will also make it right if your product is defective in some way.

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please send us details about the issue at hello@simplysage.us. If a product is damaged or defective, please include pictures.

Workshop Returns:

If you sign up for one of our events or workshops we will start preparing materials needed for you to attend. If you contact us at least 48 hours in advance that your plans have changed we will attempt to offer a full or partial refund if the event host hasn't already purchased materials in preparation for your attendance. If you do not attend the event and do not let us know that you won't be able to attend, no refund will be issued. To contact us, please send an email to hello@simplysage.us
