9/27/24 @ 6:30pm A Recalibrating Experience through Sound Healing

Recalibrate Is a conscious invitation to surrender and realign the mind, body, spirit, and auric fields back to a state of equilibrium and homeostasis through the power of utilizing internal and external sonic vibration.

The first hour will be dedicated to dropping into the body through tools such as breathwork, light stretching /EFT, and a fun vocal game by songshops with music artists Porangui and Bobby McFerrin.

The last hour will be the moment of recalibration, where participants will find a peaceful space within themselves while being guided through the ethers on a sound journey with Troy’s voice and his crystal bowls as our compass.

Having had bands in the USA for ten years, Troy has spent the last 2.5 years travelling Central America offering this beautiful experience for the public, retreats, festivals and simply for the love of sound frequency.
