Evergreens are renowned for having antiviral, antibacterial and anti fungal properties as well as their tremendous Vitamin C content. They are able to strengthen the body while purging unwanted illness and are wonderful for cold season. They are also tremendous external healers. They truly are ever green and have the ability to make us evergreen as well.

During our time together we will discuss and experience several ways to use evergreens from teas, to syrups to salves and more.
