Who can come?
Anyone! Typical sound bath relaxation is done in Savanna (laying down) on a blanket or yoga mat.
*We will have a limited number of zero gravity type chairs available for those who can't or would prefer not to lay down. If you would like to reserve one please select that ticket option.
What to expect?
- Relax and reset!
- Arrive at 6:30pm, grab some tea or water and get comfortable.
- Turn off or silence cell phones
- Spend 50-60 minutes listening to crystal sound bowls.
- Awaken an your own pace and bring a journal if you'd like to reflect on your experinence
What to wear?
Be comfortable! Whatever is most comfortable to you is fine. Yoga pants, sweat pants, long or short sleeves, all are acceptable.
What to bring?
- An open mind
- a yoga mat or soft blanket to lay on
- a pillow (optional)
- a blanket to cover yourself (optional)
- an eye mask (optional)
- a journal (optional)
- your preferred beverage (optional)
We will have limited extra:
- Yoga mats
- Blankets
