Welcome, friends — to this circle of spring medicine, where we gather around one of the season’s most tender allies — Skullcap.
This is a plant that meets us right where the thaw begins — when the world is waking fast, and so are we. Spring is beautiful, yes — but spring is also overwhelming. Energy rushes back in, like sap rising, like rivers loosening their grip on stone. And heat from effort. And sometimes our nervous systems — softened by winter, or frayed from long strain — need help remembering how to hold all that new life.
Skullcap teaches exactly that. It shows us how to settle without shutting down, how to open without unraveling. It is medicine for boundary and belonging both — a plant that speaks especially to spring hearts and spring minds.
We’ve chosen to offer this workshop twice this season because, like the season it belongs to, Skullcap deserves spaciousness. It deserves room to return, to deepen, to root. And we know that in these transitional times, repetition is not just helpful — it’s healing.
So welcome again — to this unfolding, to this remembering, to this shared season of Skullcap.
